Every cleaner is employed by us, background-checked and insured. You get their names and photos before the first visit, and it's the same two people after that.
What if they miss something?
Text a photo within 24 hours and we come back and fix it, free. Move-out cleans get 72 hours, so it covers the landlord's walkthrough too.
What if my plans change?
Skip or move any clean up to 24 hours before, with no fee. There's no contract, so you can stop whenever you like.

FAQ
The small print, in big print.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most people aren't. Leave a lockbox code, a key or a garage code at step 3, and your team locks up and texts you when they leave.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Vacuum, mop, cloths and products are all included in the price. If you'd like us to use your products, leave them out and add a note.
Is the move-out clean guaranteed?
If your landlord or agent flags anything we cleaned within 72 hours, we come back and redo it for free. Send us their list and we'll work from it.
Do you clean with pets in the house?
Yes. Tell us their names at step 3. Our cleaners will keep doors closed if you ask, and we won't let anyone out.
How do I pay?
We save a card when you book and charge it after the clean is done. Nothing is taken at booking.
Do you clean offices?
Yes, small offices and studios after hours. Offices are quoted per site because sizes vary a lot. Call (512) 555-0147.
